Niels Tinga
Psychiater
Ik ben psychiater en heb me de afgelopen 10 jaar toegelegd op het behandelen van persoonlijkheidsstoornissen door middel van mentalization based treatment in een samenhangend behandelteam. Naast MBT-therapeut ben ik ook trainer voor MBT-Nederland. Verder ben ik opleider, supervisor en bestuurslid van de Nederlandse vereniging voor groepsdynamica en groepstherapie. Ik heb ruime ervaring in het geven van nascholingen, trainingen en teamsupervisie binnen het medische veld en daarbuiten, bijvoorbeeld in het MBA programma van Nyenrode Business University.
In 2001 maakte ik mijn eerste kennis met kitesurfen en was ik direct verkocht. Kitesurfen is mijn passie geworden en is voor mij een geweldige tegenhanger van zittend en denkend werk. De sport bracht mij ook in aanraking met andere gepassioneerde collega's en heeft vriendschappen gevormd en verdiept. Ik ben het vaakst te vinden op IJmuiden, Wijk aan zee of Bergen aan Zee en heb inmiddels vele spots bezocht op meerdere continenten.

Niels Remmelzwaal
Huisarts
Ik ben huisarts en sinds 2006 praktijkhouder in Castricum. Sinds enige jaren heb ik
ervaring in het geven van nascholingen voor huisartsen (Warffum commissie). Ik heb 2 jaar een bestuursfunctie spoedpost MKL (Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis) gehad en ben auditor assistenten huisartsenpost geweest.
Ik ben opgegroeid in zuidelijk Afrika wat leidde tot mijn interesse in reizigers- advisering en geneeskunde, duikgeneeskunde en ook de recent opgerichte Nederlandse tak van wilderness en expeditie geneeskunde (outdoormedicine.org).
Verder ben ik een ervaren reiziger oa (remote) travelling in Mozambique en Botswana.
Mijn passies zijn gedeelde sport /natuurervaringen zoals kitesurfen, SCUBA diving en ornithologie.

Quintine ten Hoopen
Huisarts
Ik ben ruim een jaar huisarts en werk als waarnemer in Amsterdam en omstreken. Het liefst wissel ik af tussen een excentrieke stadse patiëntenpopulatie en nuchtere plattelands populatie. Vakinhoudelijk liggen mijn interessegebieden bij het bewegingsapparaat, communicatie en coaching.
Sinds 8 jaar ben ik fanatiek aan het kiten, meestal bij IJmuiden of Wijk aan Zee. Ter ondersteuning doe ik pilates en op vakantie meestal afwisselend kiten en hiken.
